Scott A. Murphy 69, of Vienna Va, passed away on January 18th, 2022 following a short battle with cancer. He died at peace and in no pain. He was the son of Thomas A. Murphy and Kathryn B. Murphy of Troy NY. He is survived by his brother Thomas A. Murphy Jr. and his sister in-law, Barbara of Alexandria, Va., and his almost adopted son Charles E. Teklinski of many places, along with his best friend Gary White from Herndon Virginia. Scott retired from Aetna Life & Casualty Co. He was a Master black belt 7th degree in Taekwondo taught by his friend the Grand Master, HK Lee. Scott enjoyed nature, and hiking was a loved past time where he also met Charles AKA Eddie. Instead of donations please plant a tree in his honor. A private ceremony will be held for his closest friends and family.
