Richard Sherwood, of Alexandria, VA was born on July 24, 1946 in New York, and passed on March 22, 2017 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. He was a loving and devoted husband and proud of his service in the US Marine Corps. Richard Newton will truly be missed and all who knew him will cherish every memory they have of him .
