Passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2006. Beloved husband of Dixie Lee Devenney, loving and caring father of James J., William Victoria, Patrick, and Richard Maria Devenney. He was greatly loved by grandsons Zachary, Nickolas, Mikhail, and Richard. A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:45 PM Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at the Ft. Myer Chapel, where burial with full honors will follow at Arlington National Cemetery.
