Gerlach

Kenneth Winfred Gerlach Jr. recently passed away, after living with Parkinson’s Disease for over 20 years. He was surrounded by his family, dogs, books and all the things that he loved. Ken was born in Saint Louis, Missouri to Kenneth and Joyce (Pfaender) Gerlach Sr. He graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis with an undergraduate degree in architecture and a masters in business. Ken worked as an architect at several firms, including Sverdrup and HOK. His work as an aviation architect included projects at Saint Louis Lambert International Airport, Dulles International Airport, and Heathrow Airport, UK. Ken had a strong faith, having served as an altar boy in his youth, and had a deep love and pride for his family.
