Chuck was a native of Akron, Ohio where he was active in the Jewish Community Center and a great athlete. Chuck was a veteran sergeant in the U.S Army. Chuck’s career spanned decades in the retail clothing world and he was beloved by his customers and employees alike from Fashion Post and Patricia Allison in Baltimore to Frugal Fannies in the DC Metro Area. Chuck was a beautiful soul with a passion for life and for family which he fought to live for each day of his life. He will be dearly remembered and missed by all of those who met him.
