On August 21, 2009 at his home in Alexandria, VA. Husband of Mary Jane Stegall, brother of Agnes Hargett and Floyd Stegall. Jerome is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 7-9 pm at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 am. Interment to follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery.
