Rieger, Kurt D. Fischer and Jack R. Fischer. Willard was born on March 18, 1928 to Samuel and Sarah Rieger in New York, NY. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Annette (Davis) Rieger, and sister, Beverly Jermanok. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 13, at 11 a.m. at King Solomon Memorial Park, Clifton, NJ.
