Wilbur J. Jenkins, 65, of Washington, DC died peacefully, in Capital Caring Hospice in Arlington, VA. He was born July 17, 1951 in Washington, DC to Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur J. and Lena Jenkins. He is survived by his sister, Deborah J. Johnson and Dale Jenkins; nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Pearce Darnell, Dava Johnson, Mark Johnson Nneka; great nieces and nephews, Selena, Kaylon, Lyric, Darnell Jr., and Mila; and his cat he adored, Flip. He is also survived by numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will dearly miss him.Mr. Jenkins loved wild animals, playing UNO, and an avid Washington Redskins fan.All services will be private.
