Robert William Caporaletti

Robert William Caporaletti, 81, of Alexandria passed away on November 2, 2016. He was born on May 26, 1935 in Alexandria Virginia. Where he worked as Mechanical Engineer for MPR Associates, and in rain or shine he enjoyed riding his bike to work. He was previously in the Navy Reserves where his dedication to his country was honored. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Selma and his brothers Victor and Raymond Caporaletti. He is survived by his sisters, Estelle Robinson, Virginia Kapp, and Margaret Browder; children, Robin Caporaletti, Michael Caporaletti, and Catherine Turner Donald; and his grand children, Nicole, Sean, Christine, Drew, Kyle, and Dane. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.The family will receive guest from 10am-12pm Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA 22314. A Life Celebration service will begin at 12pm, followed by interment at Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, VA.
