Rafaela Antonia Hernandez Montiel, 76, passed away peacefully in her home on October 28, 2017. Rafaela is preceded in death by her twin brother Rafael Antonio Hernandez. Rafeala is survived by her loving husband Juan P. Montiel, daughter Sara Montiel, son Juan Carlos Montiel, two brothers Rubi and Poro Hernandez,two sisters Argentina Née Hernandez and Miriam Hernandez, and grandson Maxwell Julian Smith.
