David Michael Pulice, age 63, passed away April 10, 2021. David was born on October 3,1957 in Youngstown, Ohio to Charles and Dorothy Pulice. He attended Rayen High school where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife of 42 years Theresa Pulice (Hoffman). A few years after High school, he served in the US Army as a Combat Engineer. During his service he was awarded an expert m-16 rifle sharpshooter, hand grenade, good conduct medal and army service ribbon.
After serving his time in the military and welcoming two children, daughter Amanda, and son David II, he moved his family to Naples, FL and began a career in the Hotel Food and Beverage Industry. In 1990 he and his family relocated to Fairfax, VA, where he continued working in the restaurant business for the next 25 years. In 2010 he decided to change fields and pursued his education and began a career in Information Technology.
David loved riding his motorcycle, listening to music, cooking, watching movies, being outdoors, and spending time with family. He was a true blessing to his family and all who knew him. You could always count on his contagious smile and joyful laugh. He always looked on the bright side and helped others to do the same.
David is survived by his wife Theresa Pulice (Hoffman); his children, Amanda (Corey) Bates and David Pulice II; his grandchildren Malana, Ariana, Dominic, and Demetri Bates; siblings Charles (Pam) Pulice, Eleanor (Larry) Treasic, Dominic Pulice, and Chuck Polish Jr.
A memorial mass and celebration of David’s life will be held in Youngstown, Ohio at a later date.
