Cesar S. Vera

Cesar S. Vera,77, of Falls Church died May 2, 2018 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital surrounded by his family. Mr. Vera enjoyed soccer, dancing and was known for being a jokester. He was born December 2, 1940 to the late Cesar S. and Aurelia (Herrera) Vera in Peru.

He is survived by his children, Nery L. Vera, Carlos J. and Jaime H. Vera; and grandchild, Valeria Vera.  He is also survived by his sister, Virginia Vera and her husband Guillermo Barrera; and brother, Rafael Vera and his wife, Graciela Calderon.

The family will receive friends 7pm to 9pm Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA 22314.  A Life Celebration service will be at the funeral home, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 1pm, followed by interment at 2pm at Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
