Died November 27, 2012 in Mechanicsville, VA. Mr. Owen is a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He is a 70 year member of the Masonic Temple #258 and the Scottish Rite. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sadie L. Owen; his step-daughter, Donna K. Sarrano Richard; two grandchildren, Richard Sarrano, Jr. Breon and Mindy Nash Lee. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, Kyle, Bryant, and Evan Nash.A visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 from 6-7 p.m. at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA where funeral services, starting withe the Masonic Rite, will be held at 7 p.m. Interment will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
