Bill passed on February 9, 2007 at Fairfax Hospital. Born in Arlington, Bill was raised in Eagle Rock, VA. He was an former marine as well as a life long member of the Arlington business community. He is survived by his children, William Bayne, Jr., Jacquelyn Bayne Johnson, and Margot Bayne Sledge, his brother Mack Bayne and sister, Norma Worman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, 811 Cameron St., Alexandria, VA where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM.
