Stephan Robert Barrow, Age 47, Residing in Alexandria, Va. Passed Away Feb. 29th, 2012Stephan was born January 7th 1965. Son of the late Donna Jenkins and James Barrow. He is survived by wife Carrie Rutledge-Barrow, daugters Stephanie Brady-Barrow, Katie Rutledge, Nicole Rutledge-Garner, Brother Micheal Barrow & Sister Wanda Barrow.
