he moved to Freetown for better opportunities. While in Freetown, he resided with his late Uncle and late Aunt, Ibrahim Sorie Muray Koroma and Haja Jonta Koroma, respectively. After completing
his studies, Sheku earned a scholarship to study in the United States.

During their journey together they raised four sons: Mohamed, Tejan Jr, Gibril, and Abraham.

His compassion, generosity, honor, dignity, and respect were some qualities that Sheku not only held in high esteem but practiced every day during his time with us here on earth. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Ultimately, Sheku Tejan spent much time on earth uplifting, motivating, calming, and loving the many people he crossed paths with.

  6. Neneh MA and Lamin says:

We are heart broken from the passing of Uncle Tejan. He was the epitome of a father figure to us. Some of our fondest memories as kids were spending the summer at his house. He was always loving and caring to us. As we grew older, he would check in on us to make sure we were doing well. Just a few months ago he asked that we visit again when things settle. “The room you stayed at as kids is here and will always be available for you,” he said. We will forever remember you Uncle Tejan and the great memories that you created for us. We love you dearly and pray that your soul will forever Rest In Peace.
