My deepest sympathies on your loss. May the thought expressed at Revelation 21:4 give you reason for hope. There is says that pain and sorrow will be no more.
2 Cor 1:4 Reminds us that God who comfortsa us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort othersg in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. So I hope you find comfort in Acts 24:15 which says “…I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrectionk of both the righteous and the unrighteous.”
Neil was a friend going all the way back to grade school years. Though we were both undersized, we enjoyed participating on the R-B High School football team. The consummate class politician, Neil was elected Student Body President in our senior year. Known for his personable nature and wry sense of humor, Neil exchanged e-mails until recently. I shall miss his ability to see the absurdities of life and politics in a unique way.
