Nancy J. Vaughan, 79, of Alexandria passed away on August 10, 2015 at INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital. She is survived by her sons, Robert and Aubrey Vaughan Lisa; grandchildren, Connor, Austin, and Katelyn Vaughan, and Michael Menefee; and her sister, Edith K. Knight. Ms. Vaughan was a faithful member of the Groveton Baptist Church, Alexandria, VA. Services are private.

2 Corinthians 1:4 reminds us that “God who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” So I hope you find comfort in Acts 24:15 which says “and I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.”
