May Mendoza passed away peacefully at the age of 51 on November 28, 2019 with her family by her side.

May was survived by her mother; her spouse, Robert; her daughters, Megan and Haille; her sisters, Jean, Lee and Audreana; and her brothers, Julfri and Emmil.

May was born in the Philippines on May 29, 1968 to Emeterio Caguiat and Milagros Ogerio. She completed 2 years of Medical Technology course at Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines before she came to the United States on May of 1989. She married Robert Mendoza and had two beautiful daughters, who were the love of her life.
May was a devoted mother. Her life revolves around her family especially her children. She loves to cook, play Sudoku, kakuro, and mindcraft, travel, fly kites, and tinker on the piano. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 PM on December 7, 2019 at the Cunningham Funeral Home on 811 Cameron St., Alexandria, Virginia. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM
May’s favorite color is blue, so please wear something blue for the service.
