Mary M. Allen, 92, of Fairfax died September 2, 2018 in her home surrounded by her devoted family. She is preceeded in death by her son, Claude Allen; and siblings, Isaac and John Bradley, Evelyn Savis (Big Aunt), and Samuel Bradley.  She is survived by her children, Joyce Allen, Samuel Allen, Jr. (Essie), and  Alfonso Allen (Florinda); grandchildren, Anastasia (Staci), Lloyd, and Kimberly Allen, Alissa Thorton, Sean Allen, Nakkia Durham, Brian, and Asheena Allen.  She is also survived by her siblings, Esther B. Moore and Rebecca Smalls.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 10-am to 11am at Maple Springs Baptist Church, 4131 Belt Rd. Capital Heights, MD 20743.  A Life Celebration Service will begin at 11am, followed by interment at National Harmony Cemetery, 7101 Sheriff Rd. Hyattsville, MD 20785.
