Lee E. Mincey, 71, of Fairmount MD, died May 7, 2017 in Prince Georges Hospital Center. He was born to the late Joe and Vineta Mincey in Metter, GA April 4, 1944. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Annie Pearl Barlow, John A., Ernest, James, Charles, Bernard and Thelma Mincey. Mr. Mincey is survived by his wife of 55 years Margaret Mincey; his children, Zestann B. Jackson Wayne, Shelby Jones, Margaret Mincey, Charles Mincey, Easella Robertson, Bernard Mincey, Terry Mincey, Josiebell McDonald and Kanisha Tommy; grandchildren, Tocorra Nesbitt, Steven Robertson, Chantal N. and Alexis Woodard, Tiffany Williams, Amelia Brown, Portia, Jeremy Mincey, Erice Booker, Chris, Andrew, Bianca, Quinton, and Brandon, and Linden Mincey, Eric Love, Angelo Davis, Destiny Mincey, Xavier Tommy, and Jazlyn Jones. He is also survived by his siblings, Josie Williamson, Vineta Williams, and Samuel Mincey; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 9pm, Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alex. VA 22314. Interment will be held at Sam Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Metter, GA at a later date.
