Condolence Messages

  1. Evelyn Aranda and Dale Hinman says:

Our condolences are extended to all the family. Larry was always such a fun loving and free spirited fellow. We enjoyed the many summers he and his brothers visited us in North Carolina. Taking swimming classes together at the local pool was a really fun memory from 50 years ago. Mule Days was always a fond memory! Although we will not be able to make the trip to Virginia this weekend, we do send our love and deepest sympathies. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His loving arms and grant you His peace and comfort.
    Evelyn Aranda and Dale Hinman

  2. Denise Folan says:

  4. Patti Henson Taylor says:

I was so saddened to hear of Larry’s passing – another soul gone way too soon! My prayers go out to his many family and friends for comfort and healing during this difficult time. Larry left a legacy of memories! My fondest was when his step van would come down Walnut St. I knew he’d pull over at my house to see who was on the porch and what was going on. Wild and crazy times always followed. Larry had a grin that went from ear to ear and was so infectious that it brought a smile to everyone’s face. He’d grin, say something off-the-wall, and have us all crying with laughter. When I think of Larry, it takes me back to simpler times when “fun” was just spending quality time with good friends – whether it was on a front porch, a Commonwealth Ave. median strip, at Si’s corner store, or in his van whether it was parked or not. Larry was a kind, fun-loving, free spirit! Until that day when we meet again…Rest in Peace, Larry..and never stop smiling!

  5. Dee Anness Worrell says:

    Earl
and I were so saddened to hear of Larry’s passing, we feel fortunate that we
were able to talk to Larry this past October behind our old GWHS. Larry was a wonderful old friend we had lots
of fun times when we were young. Larry
had heart of gold and a big smile that would light up a room! Our thoughts and prayers are with Darlene, Larry’s
brothers, sisters, all your family and many friends. RIP Larry you will be missed…

  6. C. Green - New Jersey says:

Offering my deepest condolences. May the Stewardson family and friends find comfort in the Bible’s assurance that “the hour is coming in which all those in
the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out . . .” John
5:28, 29 May your memories of Lawrence continue
to provide you a measure of comfort during this time. For further comfort about what the Bible
promises regarding the hope for the dead, kindly visit www.jw.org”.

  7. Cyndi and Leigh Flores says:

We knew Larry as a neighbor who defined DelRay — always willing to help. I know I will miss him sitting on the lawn swing whenever weather was good and sometimes when it wasn’t.

  8. Regina Jones says:

I am so sorry for your loss. Wishing the Stewardson family peace. Though its hard to cope with Larry’s passing and the pain seems
to be unbearable, please remember you are not alone, for Psalms 46:1 promises, “God is our refuge and strength. A help that is readily found in times of distress.” Pray to Him for strength and comfort. Please find encouragement in the words of Revelation
21:4, “And He God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and Death Will Be No More, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain
    be anymore…” With deepest sympathy.
