Kseniya Tumarkina, 85, of Arlington, died September 29, 2018 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roald Tumarkin and her sister, Natalia Ryjova. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Carlen and Anna’s husband, Gregg Carlen; and grandchildren, Daniel, Lisa, and Michael Carlen.
