John Wyatt Dupree Hall, 56, of Arlington, died October 25, 2017 at Capital Caring in Arlington, VA after a long bout with illness. He was born July 28, 1961 in Washington, DC to the late Otis and Lauretta (Hightower) Hall. “Wyatt” was a life-long resident of Arlington, VA.
Early in life, Wyatt showed interest in physical fitness. He was known for his gymnastic feats and represented Yorktown High School in the district competitions during his sophomore year.
Wyatt was sensitive to the problems faced by the homeless population in Arlington County and spent his later years trying to make others aware of their situation.
He is survived by his cousins, Cheryl Carney (Jack) of Winston Salem, NC, and Terry Hightower of Dunbar, West Viriginia, and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 11am, Thursday, October 25, 2017 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alex., VA 22314, followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Falls Church, VA.
