On November 15, 2010 in Burke, VA. Joan is survived by her husband, David F. Lindsey and her son, S. Mark Lindsey. A celebration of Joan’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 17 and Thursday November 18 from 7-9 p.m. at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 5312 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA. Interment to follow at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA.
