I will never think of Jean without thinking first of the beautiful rose bush and lilac bush that she planted on our property line; every time I looked up from the kitchen window to see her house, I would first see the lovely blooms. She fed most of the squirrels and birds in the neighborhood and loved curious cats who would sneak in through her back door. Her family was there always for birthdays, Mother’s Day, holidays and Time To Rake Leaves Day, and my deepest condolences go to them; they must be heartbroken by their loss.
