On Saturday, December 27, 2008, Hilda C. Klotter of Woodbridge, VA, the beloved and devoted mother of Toby B. Klotter and Cheryll A. Klotter-Weeks Richard Weeks passed away at Potomac Hospital after battling cancer. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Oscar Harry Klotter, son, Terry D. Klotter, and brother, Phillip S. Cockrell. Hilda is survived by a sister, Joyce A. Lutzen, brothers, James E. Sally and Franklin D. Debra Cockrell; a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 1, 2009 from 7-9PM at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St., Alexandria, VA., where funeral services will be held at 11AM Friday, January 2, 2009. The interment will follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery.
