Harvey J. Finberg, 77, of Fairfax, VA died on November 3, 2015 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. A service will be held at Congregation Olam Tikvah, 3800 Glenbrook Rd. Fairfax, VA 22031, Friday, November 6, 2015 at 10:30 am, followed by interment at King David Memorial Gardens.
