  2. Cheryl Windsor says:

To all of my cousins I am so very sorry for your lost. May each of you have God’s grace and strength when you need it; and may your days be filled with love and support as you need it. I can’t begin to tell each of you how much your Mother was loved by our family, my Mom, Judy and my brother Ricky.

My life was better because she was in my life the way that she was. My memories will forever be held dearly and closely. I will never forget my Aunt Jelly and no one could ever replace her in my life. What a treasure of memories I have: her sweet tea, her fabulous meals (and left overs), our trips to Wally World (Walmart) sometimes weekly with our mom, Ann, and Barbara,. All the shopping trips our Mom, Aunt Jelly and Barbara took to K-Mart for “Blue Light” specials and can’t forget them going to Zayers just to go, Our trips to Kentucky Fried Chicken – a lot – and all the Friday nights we piled into Momma’s car and headed to those “All You Can Eat” restaurants. Aunt Jelly would say…Ann, stop driving with both feet and Momma would say I have to I’m flicked! LOL

Aunt Jelly was their for my brother, Ricky, and myself when we were in our youth when our Mom was low on funds and had fallen on hard times. She would always ensure we had what we needed and that’s the truth. She loving cared and gave to us from her heart. My sister, Judy, and myself loves your Mother so much. She was so special to each of us and meant so much to us both. We are blessed to have had many special times with your Mom these last few years and the last 2 weeks.

While living in Kansas City my Aunt Jelly, Barbara, Brenda, Aunt Faye and my Mom came to visit me and what a great week that was. Just picture that crew flying together and so much laughing we did together. Since moving back home in 2017 being able to spend time with my Aunt Jelly, go places and doing things; and sharing our home with her has made being back home even more special.

She will always be in my heart and daily in my thoughts. She is dearly loved and will be dearly missed. We are blessed we were able to visit her. Sending you each prayers and blessings. Your Mother was special to so many people.

    Sincerely, Love
    Cheryl
