David Gutridge, 60, of Alexandria, died on September 26, 2016 at INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital. David Gutridge was a simple man that wore his heart on his sleeve, he helped others even at his own expense. If anybody ever needed help he was always there, he turned down no one. Even in his last days he was more worried about family than his own health. He worked the same job for 40 plus years and is survived by his two sons David & Brian.He is preceded in death by his wife, Jerrie Gutridge. The family will receive guest at 4pm October 10, 2016 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA 22314 followed by a Life Celebration service at 5pm.

Please take comfort in the knowledge that God has made a provision for those lost to us in death.
