Clovis Roca Figueroa was born to parents, Clovis Roca Vasquez and Dolka Figueroa Rojas, on June 1, 1987. Clovis had two younger sisters, Dolka and Thalia. Growing up in Springfield, Clovis enjoyed rollerblading with friends, formed a rock band and had an early appreciation for music.
Clovis worked as a freelance graphic designer for years and was also a talented mixologist, but Clovis’ biggest passion in life was music. An avid guitar player, Clovis spent countless hours perfecting and playing his favorite songs. He frequently preformed for his friends and family. He was known to his close ones as “the life of the party”.
Clovis was also a father to his only child, Clovis IV(8), whom he shared with Evelina García, and step-father to Edwin(13). He enjoyed taking them on hikes with their dog, Chloe and exploring the city on electric scooters.
On December 9, 2022, Clovis passed away at just 35 years old. The family is devastated by the loss of their child/brother/father and are still trying to grapple with the suddenness of Clovis’ death.
Clovis had a great sense of humor and a charming personality. He was a kind, creative, and beautiful soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
