Anita Ruby Carter of Woodbridge V.A. was born into this world on May 20, 1964 in the beautiful state of Virginia. She was known in the community as the vibrate school bus driver who also had a smile to offer her passengers. She loved dressing up and getting her hair and nails done she was always stylish and flashing that smile of hers. She was a loving and caring Mother and Grand mother who loved her family and they and all who knew her will truly miss her. The family was at her side at INOVA Fairfax hospital to care for her during her illness and on December 20, 2016 she left this world and was reunited with her son in heaven. The family has entrusted Cunningham Funeral with the arrangements and will be having a private memorial service at a later date.
